Madhu Roshi, a brittle confection of Maldives, is a highly cooked mixture of condensed milk , sugar and flour to which sea almond are commonly added during cooling. The manufacture of Madhu Roshi resembles hard confectionery making except that milk is added. Additional solid sea almond used make the sweet dish more tasty.
