Handoomaa (100g)

Sun dried crispy rice. It starts out as normal rice, which is then cooked and set out to dry in the sun. Once dry, the rice will adopt a golden color, once the color appears, the rice is fried lightly.

What you end up with, is a crispy rice with a distinct texture to it. The crunch is easy and satisfying, and goes well with anything that rice goes well with.
