Addu Bondi is the Maldives' most famous traditional dessert, originating from the southernmost Addu Atoll. It is a sweet, sausage shaped delicacy made of shredded young coconut and dhiyaahakuru, delicately infused with jasmine water abs tightly wrapped in dry banana leaf.
